This outdoor hybrid telecom power cabinet integrates a modular 48V DC power core with solar charging

capability in one factory-assembled, air-conditioned outdoor enclosure. Built on the proven Flatpack2 (FP2) platform,

the system combines up to 12 rectifier slots and 4 solar charger slots to deliver 36kW AC-fed rectification plus 12.8kW photovoltaic input in a single 19" rack layout.

The cabinet is delivered with 5× Flatpack2 48/3000 HE rectifier modules (15kW installed) and 2× Flatpack2 48/3200 HE solar charger modules (6.4kW installed), ready for hot-swap expansion to the full 36kW + 12.8kW capacity. Power flow is managed by a Smartpack2 Touch + Smartpack2 Basic + Type 2 I/O monitor controller with remote monitoring capability.

Built for harsh outdoor environments, the Type 3 enclosure (2,000H × 700W × 1,050D mm incl. plinth) is cooled by an integrated 48V DC air conditioner so the system keeps operating even during mains outages. Safety layers include a C80A/4P mains breaker, Type C 3+NPE 275V AC surge protection (20/40kA), a 2U PV connection panel with DC SPD, 6× 100A battery breakers, and dedicated LVBD (600A) / LVLD (300A) low-voltage disconnection for battery and load protection.
